Once you have decided that you are ready for a custom piece, you can provide your information via our “Contact Us” page. This begins our dialogue.

Then an appointed date and time may be established to review the work area and the scope of work. On-site measurements are taken along with any additional notes of value to ensure your end-goals are captured.

Following receipt of the design rate you will receive a detailed design package.

The design package includes rendered images and detailed notes of your custom designed piece. Included is the site-drawing gathered at the initial site visit, as well as detailed information gleaned during that visit. This information is highly beneficial to catch missed-opportunities well before any materials have been purchased. Once approved the piece is ready for production.

Following approval the piece is scheduled for production and installation. The designed items are produced within the shop and delivered to the site for installation to best reduce site-disruptions and produce a shop-grade product.
