how it all began
Southpaw & Company is a Wendell-based construction company that specializes in custom outdoor living spaces. As you navigate the Southpaw & Co. Services you will see a wide variety of offerings and our project list is ever-expanding.
Southpaw & Company is owned by Brian Keatts and his wife, Caylee. Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2009 and spent the next eight years as a Senior Manager and Process Engineer for a global leader in stress analysis technologies.
In 2019, Brian and Caylee opened Keatts, Inc. which began as an engineering consultation business. After some time in consulting, the Lord opened a new door that lead to Southpaw & Company, which has been in operation since early 2021.
Southpaw & Company is here because of God’s sovereignty and therefore exists to give Him glory. The formation of this company is a mixture of education, skill, and life-experiences that only God could orchestrate and for that Brian and Caylee are grateful.
